Our company;

• Establishes the working conditions according to the risk assessment studies defined in our company according to the Occupational Health and Safety Legislations determined by the Ministry of Family, Labor and Social Security.
• Ensures that the employees, subcontractors, visitors and company personnel working outside the office take every precaution, keep outfits and Personal Protective Equipment in accordance with the OHS regulations and other OHS-related requirements in order to ensure the health and safety in the workplace and its add-ons.
• Provides our employees to train in the field of occupational health and safety and to have a good occupational health and safety awareness.
• Exchanges views with our employees and includes them in the development of OHS.
• Allocates enough resources to continually improve OHS performance.
• Provides regular health surveillance for employees.
• Takes regulatory and preventive actions simultaneously along with the OHS Field Audits and Behavior Audits performed daily.
• Makes periodic emergency, fire drills and trainings in our institution.

• Ensuring selection of recyclable products in the selection of consumables and packaging materials used in our products.
• Raising awareness of our work towards the environment, our subcontractors and the people of the environment and ensuring their participation.
• Being in constant communication with suppliers and customers in order to recover the environmental effects of the product.
• Evaluating the recycling and re-evaluation alternatives by reducing the wastes that may occur as a result of production, transportation, stocking, operation and maintenance activities.
• Having a Recycling Machine park in a sufficient capacity for the recovery of the waste and scrap generated in our production tracks.
• Making landscape maintenance and landscaping periodically to prevent pest activity in our company's open spaces.
